Win your Chariot contest rules.

1. To enter visit www.chariotcarriers.com/winyourchariot to enter your name, address, telephone number, email and answer a skill testing question.
   
   
2. No purchase necessary, entries must be made no later than midnight March 31 2010. Chariot Carriers is not responsible for entries that become lost or misdirected. All entries become the property of Chariot Carriers and will not be returned.
   
   
3. A valid receipt showing qualifying products purchased from an authorized Chariot dealer will be required at the time of the prize draw. Only one invoice will be accepted from the winner.
   
   
4. To enter without purchase fill out the contest form with your name, address, telephone number and email address and answer the skill testing question. Then use the comment box to write a short paragraph of at least 25 words explaining what you like best about Chariot.
   
   
5. The contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the USA who have reached the age of majority in the province or state in which they reside as of February 1 2010, who are not employees of Chariot Carriers. The chances of winning the prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
6. A random draw will be made on April 12th 2010 in Calgary Alberta from all eligible entries received. To win, selected entries must have correctly answered the skill-testing question and must sign Chariot Carriers standard contest release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded, releasing Chariot Carriers from liability in association with the contest and prize.
   
   
7. There will be one prize awarded from all entries received. The selected entrants will be required to produce their purchase receipt made at an authorized Chariot dealer between February 1 2010 and March 31 2010 showing the qualifying products. The value of the prize awarded will be equal to the value of the Chariot products shown on the receipt up to a maximum of $1500 USD. In the case of a no purchase entry being selected the prize awarded will be a 2010 Chariot Cougar 1 with cycling kit valued at $650 USD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferrable, are not redeemable for cash and no substitutions are permitted.
   
   
8. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone.
   
   
9. Decisions of the judges in respect of all the aspects of this contest, including but not limited to eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill testing question are final. Chariot Carriers are not liable to an entrant in any manner relating to the contest or the awarding and use of the prizes.
   
   
10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering, the entrant consents to the collection of all information forming part of the contest entry and agrees to the use and discloser of such information by Chariot Carriers to administer this contest and for purposes of advertising and promotion. The winner also agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and statements for Chariot Carriers publicity purposes without further compensation.
